Role

Technical Product Owner and Full Stack Software Engineer at Axelra AG, a venture builder based in Zurich Oerlikon. If you're not familiar with the term venture builder, it refers to a company that invests in and supports startups or early-stage companies. Or even simpler, people with an idea but no experience and no tech team came to Axelra to help them get the process started. The role combined hands-on delivery with product ownership across several venture projects, with workload varying according to project needs. Overall, this was a great experience for me, as it allowed me to work on a variety of projects and gain exposure to different industries and technologies.

• Web development — Built React and TypeScript applications with an emphasis on maintainable architecture and user experience.
• Mobile development — Developed cross-platform applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Technical architecture — Designed application architectures and contributed to UI and UX decisions across multiple ventures.
• Product ownership — Shaped concepts, gathered and refined requirements, and worked directly with customers.
• UI & UX design — Contributed to the design and implementation of user interfaces and experiences.
• Web3 delivery — Contributed to blockchain and Web3 products from early concept through implementation.
